Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts, born 28th October 1967 from Atlanta to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer was the first Roberts to move to Atlanta. She inherited her father's interest in the theatre at a young time. When he was a student of Emory University, he performed at several shows in Atlanta. He joined the air force in 1953. During his time working in Biloxi Mississippi, was a part of an military production starring Betty Lou Bredemus who was also in the air force. In 1955, the couple married and, in 1956, their child Eric Anthony was born. Walter and wife resigned from for the Army in 1957, at which time they were enrolled Walter at Tulane University. The family relocated in 1960 in Decatur Georgia where Walter began working with Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1964, Walter as well as Betty Lou began production on a local children's Saturday morning television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded themselves. They created an Actors and Writers Workshop in the same year. The workshop took six years to complete. They had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also named Julie) in this time.
