Richard B. Cheney has served as a public servant over a number of years, as well as an entrepreneur who has made a name for himself. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family relocated across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper where his dad was the head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
